PWA & Permissions Grant all permissions (cam, mic, location)

On Android Pixel: After granting, long-press app icon → App info → Permissions. Set Camera, Microphone, and Location to "Allow" (or "Allow all the time" for location if needed). This makes them persistent in the PWA.

Splash: Replace placeholder icons in manifest.json with real 192px/512px PNGs for a proper launch splash screen.
